'We're the first country to halve emissions', says energy secretary

Energy Secretary Claire Coutinho has said that the UK is the first country to halve its emissions.

Speaking on Sunday with Laura Kuenssberg, she said that we have seen the economy grow by 80% and maintains the government has been protecting household finances.
